Your plan, your usage against its limits, and what happens if you go over.

Plans

• Foundation — one business, 300 AI operations a month, two bank institutions.
• Portfolio — up to three businesses, 900 AI operations, six institutions, intercompany, combined or consolidated reports. Extra businesses can be added on.
• Holdings — up to eight businesses, 2,400 AI operations, sixteen institutions. Extra businesses can be added on, up to twelve.

AI usage

Reading a receipt and proposing a category each count as one AI operation against your plan's monthly allowance. You'll see a warning once you're most of the way through it, and a flag once you've reached it — processing doesn't stop either way, and anything past your allowance is billed as overage rather than blocked.

Turning Nummio's AI off

One switch on the Billing page, controlled by the Owner, turns every model call off for the business. Receipts still arrive with their fields read and your categorization rules still run; nothing is proposed, and no AI operation is consumed. Suggestions made before you turned it off stay on their items until you decide them. This switch has nothing to do with an AI tool you connect yourself; that connection is yours and is managed under Connected AI tools.

Managing your subscription

From settings, an Owner can see the current plan, usage against its limits, the payment method on file, and past invoices. Only the Owner can change the plan or cancel it — it's the one thing that doesn't extend to Bookkeepers.

Receipt storage

Every receipt you capture is kept for seven years, bundled into your plan rather than billed separately.

Exporting or deleting your data

Settings → Privacy & data requests is where an Owner asks for a full export of the business's data, or for deletion. Each request is logged with who made it and when, and its progress shows on the same page.
